Submit Your Choices

ORDERING: Cards are packaged in clear plastic boxes of 35, 65 or 125 cards.
Use this form only if you want to select the specific cards that will make up your box.
If you prefer, we will be glad to select the cards for you, and you won't need to
indicate your choices here. After you decide, you can go to our purchase
page and follow the instructions there. Or call 831-345-3423 and we will take your
order over the phone.

We do not require any more information for this form than you wish to give.
We do not give, sell, rent or otherwise share our customer list with ANYONE.

When you press the submit button, your choices will come to us. You can do this before
or after you place your order. We will match up your CHOICES checklist with your order,
and get the cards right out to you.

If you make a mistake and submit the wrong choices, you can clear the form. Or just start
over, and send us a new list. No problem.

If you are buying these as a gift and wish to have us select the cards, please tell us something
about the person (age etc.) that will help us pick the right cards.
